Located across from San Francisco’s Historic Presidio Wall

This +5,500 square foot home originally built in 1911 and remodeled in 1970 which significantly altered the original façade of the building was completely remodeled by DomA to incorporate a new 2,700 square foot addition that seamlessly blends with the original design of the home as well as within the historical district where the home is located.

The existing side entryway was removed and a new formal front entry at the street level was incorporated into the design of the existing home and the new addition.

DomA redesigned the multi-level interior of the home, with a new paneled entry foyer and decorative formal stair.

The existing Pent Room was completely reconfigured by with larger openings to take advantage of the Presidio’s natural beauty and to enhance the Golden Gate Bridge view.
